Digital product support

Japan Smart Travel products are digital products. Delivery is handled by email after payment confirmation, usually within 24 hours while manual fulfillment is in place. Because digital items can be accessed after delivery, purchases are normally non-refundable once delivered.

Delivery issue

Product did not arrive or open.

Email the product name, payment email, preferred delivery email, and receipt details so support can match the purchase.

Purchase issue

Duplicate or wrong purchase.

Contact support if you were charged twice, bought the wrong product by mistake, or used the wrong email address.
